To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience with CabPune.com and to maintain our fleet of well-maintained self-drive cars, we have established the following rental policies. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these terms before booking.
1. Mileage Limit
Each rental comes with a daily mileage limit of 350 km. If this limit is exceeded, additional charges of:
- ₹5 per km for a 5-seater vehicle
- ₹7per km for a 7-seater vehicle
These additional charges will be applied for any distance driven beyond the provided mileage limit.
2. Late Return Charges
If the rental period exceeds the 24-hour limit, a late fee of ₹200 per hour will be applied for every extra hour the vehicle is not returned.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of booking:
- ₹5000 or Laptop
- Customer’s bike or scooter (as a collateral)
This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the vehicle or any outstanding charges.
4. Advance Payment
Please note that the advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. This payment is required to confirm your booking.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for the vehicle’s condition during the rental period. In case of:
- Dents, long scratches, breakage, or accidents, the repair costs will be borne by the customer.
- We expect the vehicle to be returned in the same condition as it was rented.
6. Alcohol Policy
Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited. Any damages or accidents resulting from driving under the influence of alcohol or substances will be the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to charge for the damage and any additional penalties.
7. Extra Fuel
Any extra fuel purchased during the rental period is non-refundable. Please make sure to refuel the car to the same level as it was when picked up to avoid any additional charges.
8. Toll and Fuel Charges
Please note that toll charges and fuel costs are not included in the rental price. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. If the fuel level is not the same, additional charges may apply.
9. Required Documents
At the time of pick-up, customers must present the following original documents:
- Aadhaar Card
- Valid Driving License
- Local Address Proof (either Office/College ID card, Rent Agreement, or Electricity Bill)
These documents are required to verify your identity and address for the booking process.
